GET THE SUPPORT YOU NEED
Healing Looks
Different For Everyone
More than anything, we want you to know that you are not alone on this journey, and that’s why we have a collection of one-on-one and group resources available for you to access today.
What is HeartCore Collective?
We are a healing community committed to creating spaces that foster honest dialogues about our modern mental health care systems, and we are working to empower individuals on their healing journeys with education, resources, and support so they can make informed choices about their mental health.
We are dedicated to providing person-centered holistic wellness and psychiatric drug withdrawal support. By taking a non-medical and non-pathologizing approach, we focus on self-help, compassionately guiding individuals on their healing journeys. As informed peers who know this path well, we provide evidence and lived experience-based resources and tools to help others find their way forward. Our approach draws from the emerging field of deprescribing sciences in psychiatry and the shared wisdom from individuals with lived experience.
This is a holistic health collective that centers trauma-informed care with lifestyle interventions in order to create a new paradigm and existence for a community that has historically been overlooked and underrecognized. In this healing community, we get to the heart of what's happening first because it's what matters most.

What is a Support Circle?
Circles represent unity, wholeness, and completeness. We are here in support circles to hold each other’s hands while we walk through our individual and collective healing journeys together.
A support circle is a safe place to share your experiences with other peers who are going through the same stage of the process as you are. Support circles are led by coaches or peer guides, are are co-created with participants who attend. We start with brief introductions, and then the coach or guide will lead discussions on topics relevant to the support circle theme (i.e. tapering, acute withdrawal, protracted, or caregiver).
Note: Our support circles are not intended to be a substitute for medical and/or mental health care. We do not give medical advice or taper plans. We are here to support each other with peer support, mutual respect, and compassion.
Who We Are
We have nothing to hide, and we fight for what we believe in.
We want to see systems improve and change for the better, and so we are trailblazing this healing movement.
We aren’t afraid to think differently and challenge the status quo if something isn’t working the way that it’s supposed to.
We know what we’ve been through to get here and the resiliency it took. We consider it an honor to be able to inspire others now by holding a safe space for them, giving them community, and showcasing what it looks like to forge your own individual path.
Who We work with
Clients want help moving forward in spite of uncertainty about the healing process and what’s ahead.
They don’t want a “magic pill” but to discover the magic of who they are in community. They want a trauma informed coach who understands how trauma impacts physical and mental health.
They want to find their fight alongside someone who knows what it’s like to be in a battle for their lives and can inspire them to stay on the path. They want to heal and feel hopeful about where they’re headed as they navigate the road to recovery.
We Do:
Provide mentorship, companionship, community, and conversations solely as coaches and consultants.
We Do Not:
Provide direct medical advice, counseling, therapy, or trauma therapy because we are not counselors, therapists, or licensed mental health professionals.
